Hi, Thank you for visiting my profile site. I have been in Private Practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 29 years. While my practice has focussed on various presenting problems over the years, currently my focus is working with Teens 16 years and older, as well as Young Adults, Individuals and Couples. If you are currently experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Loss of any kind, or just general life struggles, I would love to work with you to create a path forward. Sometimes we just need someone who is willing to support and walk with us through difficult times. Therapy can be a safe space to process what seems most difficult and a place to explore what is working well in our lives and create plans to continue our own progress.
